  1. Bad news. While it definitely depends on what both the good and the bad news entail, if there’s a little light at the end of the tunnel, let it serve to cushion the blow. (Sorry for the mixed metaphors.)

  2. I believe its better to hear bad news first…just to get it out of the way. Then we can hear the good things and feel a lot better and everyone can go about their day of hope and goodness. πŸ™‚

    What do you think?

I agree! I prefer to hear the bad news first, solve it or realize it’s out of our control then bask in the glory of the good news πŸ™‚

Until I have heard the news, I don’t know if it’s good or bad. You may think it to be one of the other, but how do you know – for sure – how I will take it?

  5. good news first. as humans we have a tendency to spend more energy on the negatives than appreciating the positives. thus good news first, not that it would make me more happy but atleast i would in my sane mind appreciate it.
